Post image for Global Knowledge

I decided to create this blog after I completed the Master in Public Health from Georgia State University Institute of Public Health.   I am very passionate about public health and the impact that its practice can have in communities, organizations, and entire countries.

This blog is intended to share what people are doing in public health in different countries all around the world, as well as their research, interests, thoughts, best practices, and academia to contribute to public health knowledge and improvement of its practice.

The initial objective I have set for my self is to observe around the world for the best public health practice, and most successful public health actions, and share them with the world so other public health professionals, politicians, academics, and decision makers can apply the lessons learned. Thorough this blog I expect to share what people have learned, but in particular to help us continue learning more and more and contribute to the global knowledge in public health.

I encourage all of you to participate with me in this venture.  If you have anything that you want to share, or want to suggest ideas to cover, please post it in a comment, or email Public Health Observer directly at carolina@publichealthobserver.com
